almatar and Cluster2 Airports Company Sign MoU to Develop Travel Solutions and Grow Umrah Passenger Traffic

almatar has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cluster2 Airports Company on the sidelines of WTM Spotlight Riyadh, held in Riyadh from 8–10 September 2026.

The MoU aims to open new avenues for collaboration, explore joint opportunities, support the growth of air traffic, and strengthen the visibility of airports and the destinations they serve, creating added value for both parties.

The MoU was signed on behalf of almatar by Faisal Alrajhi, Co-Founder and CEO, while Cluster2 Airports Company was represented by Saad Alajlan, Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations and Business Development.

The MoU aligns with broader national efforts to advance the travel and tourism ecosystem and expand flexible and innovative travel options for citizens, residents, and visitors by strengthening connectivity and integration between specialized digital platforms and the Kingdom’s airport management infrastructure.
