“almatar” Travel and Tourism Group announced the signing of a membership agreement with “Sama” Company, specialized in collecting and storing credit information, with the aim of raising credit efficiency and enhancing cooperation in the exchange of financial information. This step comes within the framework of “Sama” efforts to support the financial sector and provide innovative solutions that enhance transparency and trust.
The agreement was signed at “Sama” Company’s headquarters in Riyadh, and was signed by Mr. Abdul-Ilah Al-Mahdar, General Manager of “almatar- Business” Department, and Mr. Alaa Al-Mashhadi, Head of Business Development at “Sama”.
In a statement, Mr. Abdul-Ilah Al-Mahdar, General Manager of “almatar – Business” Department, confirmed that this agreement represents an important step towards enhancing financial and administrative operations in the travel and tourism sector. He added: “This partnership helps us assess customers’ creditworthiness through accurate reports that highlight their financial solvency, which supports our decisions regarding providing services such as account reservations or installment programs.”
Al-Mahdar explained that the agreement will also contribute to analyzing customers’ credit records, which helps understand their financial history and reduce the risks associated with transactions. He added: “Thanks to Sama’s solutions, we will be able to better manage financial risks and make informed decisions, which reduces the possibility of bad debt losses.”
He pointed out that Sama’s services, such as instant alerts on changes in credit records and periodic reports, will improve the efficiency of business operations and help make quick decisions based on accurate data.
For his part, Mr. Alaa Al-Mashhadi, Head of Business Development at Sama, expressed his pride in this partnership, stressing that Sama will contribute to strengthening the position of the almatar Group among partners and investors. He said: “We will help the almatar obtain accurate credit reports that support its expansion and development of its projects, in addition to designing flexible installment programs and improving targeting of trusted customers based on their financial behaviors.”
