From the very first moment, the excitement began during the Spanish Super Cup in Jeddah. We took part in welcoming the Kingdom’s guests, including media representatives and guests of the Spanish Federation, through a comprehensive program. Our role focused on facilitating transportation, organizing daily schedules, and maintaining continuous coordination ensuring guest comfort and allowing event organizers to stay focused on the event itself.
As this program was not limited to a single location, it was designed to include a range of selected activities that reflect the diversity of Saudi tourism. Carefully planned activities through which we shared our culture and supported organizers in delivering meaningful moments that reflect local identity.
The journey extended from a tour of Historic Jeddah, to a yacht outing, and concluded at a camp in an open-air setting where guests experienced different aspects of Saudi tourism in a way that felt authentic and close to real life.
Our on-ground presence and attention to detail demonstrate our readiness to support international events with integrated tourism solutions.
