Installment Process:

Upon reaching the payment page:

1. Select Amwal as your payment option.
2. You can complete your hotel or flight booking and split the payment into up to 12 interest-free installments.
3. You will be redirected to the dedicated Amwal page.
4. Enter your mobile number, then select your card-issuing bank and choose your preferred installment plan (3, 6, or 12 months).
5. Enter your credit card details and complete the payment.
6. The bank will first place a hold (full amount authorization) before converting it into monthly installments (up to 12 months).
7. Once approved, the installment plan will appear in your bank’s application.
8. Approval or rejection of installment requests is solely determined by the issuing bank, according to its policies, and not by almatar.
9. No additional fees apply on installment amounts (0% interest).

• Stay period: Open.
• Travel period: Open.
• All prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Bookings are subject to hotel room availability.
• Installment option cannot be combined with other offers or wallet points.
• In case of cancellation, the cancellation policy of the hotel or airline applies. Customers must continue paying for installments for non-refundable bookings even after cancellation.
• This service is intended for individuals and families only. Travel agencies, companies, organizations, or individuals booking on behalf of others are not eligible to use this service.
