Change for Any Reason allows a one-time flight modification only.
The change request must be submitted at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Customers may change their flight to the same destination and same airline, within the same or similar fare class.
Fare differences apply and must be paid by the customer.
Paid add-ons (including baggage, seat selection, insurance, and other extras) are not covered and will not be transferred to the new flight.
The Change for Any Reason benefit does not cover service fees, Change for Any Reason fees, or any other paid add-ons.
The benefit can be applied to all passengers in the booking or selected passengers only.
Passengers who have already checked in or received a boarding pass are not eligible.
Once the flight is changed, the Change for Any Reason benefit is considered used and will not be transferred to the new booking.
This benefit applies to one modification request only. Any further changes will be subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies.
The Change for Any Reason fee and service fee are non-refundable, even if the change is requested on the booking date.
This benefit is not applicable to partially used tickets. For round-trip bookings, once the outbound flight is used, the return flight cannot be changed under this benefit.
In the event of Force Majeure (including airline cancellations, airspace closures, outbreaks, etc.), the fee for this service remains non-refundable.
