Auto check-in service during booking

What is Auto Check-in?

  • The auto check-in service can be purchased during booking.
  • With Auto Check-in, you will be assigned a system-generated seat on board your flight.

Passengers & Age restrictions

  • If a booking has multiple passengers, the boarding pass(es) will be sent to the lead passenger (Primary contact) via email.
  • If a passenger has not presented his/her boarding pass for any reason, he/she can request a boarding pass at a check-in desk during the airport check-in.
  • Auto Check-in for infants and children traveling alone is only allowed if they are accompanied by an adult passenger.

Fees & Cancellation

  • Fees for the auto check-in service are charged for all passengers and for all flights in a booking.
  • The auto check-in service is non-refundable if it is cancelled after the auto check-in request is processed from our end. It can only be refunded if it is cancelled before the fulfilment of an auto check-in service request.
  • The auto check-in service fee is refundable if the flight is cancelled by the airline.
  • Any changes made to the original booking after purchasing the auto check-in service requires the customer to purchase the auto check-in service again for the new flight.
  • The original flight's auto check-in service fee will only be refundable if the auto check-in request has not yet been processed for the original flight.
