Terms & Conditions:

  • If a customer is not satisfied with their hotel booking in almatar, due to ANY reason, customers can leave and rebook a new hotel through almatar if they purchased the service. 
  • Prices range according to the hotel booking availability.
  • Prices range according to the room’s availability.
  • almatar app have the right to deduct the discount value or close the account for any party that is seeking fraud or illegal profit and on reservations in which any violation of the
  • This offer is directed at individuals and families, this offer is intended for individuals, families, travel agencies, companies, organizations or individuals who are booking on behalf of. This offer is not entitled to use this offer.
  • almatar has the right to change or cancel this offer at its discretion.

How it works:

  • Rebook same-day after customer’s original check-in.
  • Minimum stay of 2 nights required.
  • Only one-time change per booking.
  • Rebooking must be completed within 2 hours after customer check-in.
  • Destination, check-in date and checkout date of hotel should be the same as original bookings.
  • Hotel rooms and hotel stars will be subject to availability during customer check-in and checkout date.

Pricing & refund:

  • The price of this service is non-refundable.
  • The price of this service remains non-refundable even if customers decide to cancel on the day of their booking date.
  • If customer new hotel is more expensive, customer needs to pay the difference.
  • If customer new hotel is cheaper, no refund will be given.
  • If customer chooses a hotel with a higher nightly rate, customer must pay the difference.

How to purchase & use the service:

  • This service is available only if purchased during the booking process via the addons page in the almatar app and it will be available to be purchased up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
  • If customers would like to rebook new hotel, customers can contact almatar via WhatsApp to request a rebooking.
  • Customers must provide proof of checkout to the almatar team.
  • Submit an inquiry and follow the steps to select a new hotel.
