Golden Guarantee Terms & Conditions for flights:

1. 100% coverage for flight ticket cancellation
2. Or
3. one time modification with almatar Golden Guarantee.
4. The coverage including flight ancillaries (insurance, baggage, seat) if customers add it during booking process.
5. The coverage not including the service fee, Golden Guarantee fee, or the other paid add-ons.
6. To avail from the coverage the customer must cancel or change the flight no less than 24 hours before departure.
7. Customers can use the Golden Guarantee for 100% refund cancellation OR a one-time reschedule.
8. Once customer choose to reschedule, they will no longer be eligible to cancel the booking and receive 100% refund for the new booking.
9. Customers can reschedule their flight on the same destination or same airline and in the same or similar fare class. Paid add-ons will not be covered by almatar for a new flight. Fare difference will still apply.
10. the coverage includes the cancelation all passengers in the ticket or specific passenger.
11. the coverage does not include the customers who already checked in (get boarding)
12. If you reschedule your flight, Golden Guarantee will not be transferred to the new flight
13. If one of the customers decide to cancel, only cancelling customer will receive the refund amount.
14. If you decide to cancel your flight ticket, both Golden Guarantee fee and Service Fee remains non-refundable.
15. Both the Golden Guarantee fee and the Service fee remain non-refundable even if customers decide to cancel on the day of their booking date.
16. Golden Guarantee applies to one cancellation submission only. If you decide to cancel the entire booking afterward, the airline's policy will apply.
17. Golden Guarantee is not applicable to partially used ticket. If customers book round trip tickets, and have already used the departure ticket, they cannot refund the return ticket
