Qitaf Points Earning and Burn Policy:
Earn Qitaf Points
You can earn Qitaf points only if your mobile number is registered with the Qitaf program.
On the payment page, select the option to earn Qitaf points.
You will receive Qitaf points in your account only after completing your stay or trip. If the points are not reflected within 48 hours, please contact customer service via WhatsApp at 92005511.
If you're not an STC subscriber, please follow the link received via SMS after your flight or hotel stay to register with Qitaf. The link is valid for 30 days.
Points will not be earned when paying through installment services (like Tabby, Tamara, and others).
Qitaf points cannot be earned if the booking is paid entirely using loyalty points from other programs.
Qitaf points cannot be earned if the full booking amount is paid using Jawwak (Almatar points).
Qitaf Points cannot be earned if a discount or promo code is applied to the booking.
You cannot earn Qitaf points in conjunction with another rewards program. Only one rewards program can be applied for per booking.
If part of the amount is paid using Qitaf points, points will only be earned on the remaining balance paid via bank card or Apple Pay.
Burn Qitaf Points
Qitaf points can be redeemed at hotel reservation and flight bookings.
On the payment page, select Qitaf Points.
Enter your STC-registered number, and you will receive a SMS containing your points balance and a confirmation OTP code.
Enter the amount you wish to pay using Qitaf points, and the OTP code sent via SMS.
Complete your booking and pay using Qitaf points either fully or partially.
Payment with Qitaf points is only possible using a mobile number registered with Qitaf, and after entering the available points balance for redemption.
If the booking is not confirmed upon payment, the used Qitaf points will be refunded to your Qitaf account within one hour.
You cannot pay with Qitaf points when using installment payment programs (Tabby and Tamara).
You cannot pay with Qitaf points if a discount or promo code is applied.
Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to apply Qitaf points to partially pay for a booking but do not complete the payment for any reason, the Qitaf points will be refunded to your account within one hour.
The terms and conditions of the respective airlines and hotels apply.
If the booking is canceled by the customer, Qitaf points will not be refunded to your account. However, the value of Qitaf points will be converted to points in almatar wallet. If part of the booking amount was paid using Qitaf, the amount paid will be refunded to your bank account. The amount paid using Qitaf points will be converted to points in almatar wallet.
Points added to almatar wallet will be valid for 12 months from the date they are added to your account, noting that you cannot earn points from canceled bookings.
