almatar Week is a festival of travel, offers, discounts, and gifts presented by almatar and its partners to our customers.
During almatar Week, millions of gifts and prizes are distributed through the almatar wheel, which can be found on the main page of the app.
The almatar wheel is available only within the almatar app and not on the website.
almatar prizes consist of discounts and points in the app, with usage periods ranging from 12 hours to 31 May.
To participate in almatar Week and earn rewards, gifts, and discounts, you must have the latest version of the app installed.
Each customer can spin the wheel once every 24 hours.
The offers, discounts, and fortune wheel are available from 15 May 2025 to 22 May 2025.
How to claim prizes, gifts, or discounts:
- After winning, a screen will appear in the app showing the prize and its terms and conditions.
- You will receive a WhatsApp message with all the details of each prize.
- Terms and conditions apply to each offer or prize individually.
- The terms and conditions of both almatar and its partners apply individually.
almatar reserves the right to cancel points or close accounts found to be attempting fraud or illegitimate gain.
To earn points, you must log in to your almatar account when making a booking.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
The policy for redeeming points is subject to the terms and conditions of each product.
