Cancel your international flight for any reason in 15 SAR with Golden Guarantee 

  1. Golden Guarantee Offer of 15 SAR for international flight early bird purchase
  2. Booking dates: until 30 April 2025
  3. Travel dates: June to August 2025
  4. This offer is only applicable to airlines with Golden Guarantee feature (Not applicable for Flyadeal, Flynas, Air Arabia, Jazeera)
  5. The coverage including flight ancillaries (insurance, baggage, seat).
  6. The coverage not including the serves fees or the other paid add-ons.
  7. To avail from the coverage the customer must cancel the flight no less than 24 hours before departure.
  8. the coverage includes the cancelation all passengers in the ticket or specific passenger.
  9. the coverage does not include the customers who already checked in (get boarding)
  10. If you reschedule your flight, Golden Guarantee will not be transferred to the new flight
  11. If one of the customers decide to cancel, only cancelling customer will receive the refund amount.
  12. If you decide to cancel your flight ticket, both Golden Guarantee fee and Service Fee remains non-refundable.
  13. Both the Golden Guarantee fee and the Service fee remain non-refundable even if customers decide to cancel on the day of their booking date.
  14. Golden Guarantee applies to one cancellation submission only. If you decide to cancel the entire booking afterward, the airline's policy will apply.
  15. Golden Guarantee is not applicable to partially used ticket. If customers book round trip tickets, and have already used the departure ticket, they cannot refund the return ticket
  16. This offer is directed to individuals and families, this offer is NOT intended for travel agencies, companies, organizations or individuals who are booking on behalf of others.
