Almatar prizes consist of discounts and credits in the app, with usage periods ranging from 2 hours to 24 hours.
To participate in Almatar Week and earn rewards, gifts, and discounts, you must have the latest version of the app installed.
Each customer can use the Wheel of Fortune once every 24 hours.
The offers, discounts, and Wheel of Fortune are available from October 31 to November 9, 2024.
How to claim prizes, gifts, or discounts:
After winning, a screen will appear in the app showing the prize and its terms and conditions.
You will receive a WhatsApp message with all the details of each prize.
Terms and conditions apply to each offer or prize individually.
The terms and conditions of both Almatar and its partners apply individually.
Almatar reserves the right to cancel points or close accounts found to be attempting fraud or illegitimate gain.
To earn points, you must log in to your Almatar account when making a booking.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
