Book your hotel & package and pay in installments with Tamam
- You can now pay for all your reservations in equal payments/installments up to 18 months.
- Taking into consideration the below business rules:
- Age: - 20 years or older
- Employment: Active employee in government or semi-government or private companies.
- Minimum Salary: Minimum salary of 4,000 SAR for Saudi nationality and 5,000 SAR for non-Saudi.
- Installment Method: When you reach the payment page:
- Choose the payment option (Tamam)
- You will be taken to a page on the Tamam application.
- Complete your registration by adding your information to check your eligibility, schedule the IVR, and sign the contract and promissory note.
- You will get a confirmation msg.
- The offer and contract will show the interest rate and other fees.
- Installments will be due on the 1st of every month.
- Installment is available on hotel & packages reservations made through the almatar App or website.
- Accommodation Period: open without limits.
- In case of a reservation cancellation within 10 days:
- For refundable reservation: Tamam will cancel the loan and policies of cancellation from hotels will be applied.
- For non-refundable reservation, the customer must commit to paying the remaining installments even after cancellation.
- In case of a reservation cancellation after 10 days, regardless of the hotel policy, Tamam will not cancel the loan. However, Almatar can give the customer gift card or point in the wallet to allow the customer to purchase from them again, and the customer must commit to paying the remaining installments even after cancellation.
- Accepting or rejecting installment requests through Tamam exclusively and not through the almatar application.
- Installment is available on hotels and Packages reservations that are made through the almatar application or website.
- Travel Period: open without limit.
- All prices are dependent on availability at the reservation time.
- Reservation depends on the availability of rooms at the hotel.
- In case of reservation cancellation, policies of cancellation from Packages and hotels will be applied, and the customer must commit to paying the remaining installments even after cancelling the non-refundable reservation.
- This offer is exclusively for singles & families. Travel agents, companies or those who reserve on behalf aren't entitled to use this offer.
