How to redeem:

1. Choose your hotel Or flight from almatar app or web.
2. Complete your reservation and fill you information.
3. In payment page choose Mokafa’a alrajhi.
4. Enter you phone number and request OTP.
5. You will recover a message from Al rajah bak indicating your available balance of points in Saudi Riyals.
6. Select the amount you wish to redeemed.
7. If you choose to deduct the full amount using points, choose (Continue Reservation) only.
8. Mokafa'a feature cannot be combined with discount coupons for promotional offers.
9. If you choose to deduct part of the amount, you will complete the process of paying the remaining amounts using your bank card.

Cancelation policy:

1. If you choose to deduct a part of the amount and don’t complete the payment process for any reason after deducting the points (points are redeemed after a period of less than an hour).
2. If you canceled the reservation after completing the payment and redeemed (points are redeemed within seven working days).
3. Terms and conditions of airlines and hotels apply.
