There are several options to get you a Visa to visit Saudi and attend CPHI whether you are:
National of Eligible countries for
e-Visa or Visa on Arrival
You are permanent residence in the US/UK/EU
You are a holder of a valid visa from the US/UK/Schengen countries (Entered at least once) 
You have valid residence in the GCC countries (No less than three months) 
Option 1: e-Visa
Tourists from eligible countries can apply for a tourist visa online through the e-Visa portal before their trip.
The e-Visa will be a one-year, multiple-entry visa, allowing tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country. The tourist visa allows you to take part in tourism-related activities such as events, family & relatives visits, leisure, and Umrah (excluding Hajj) and excludes other activities such as studying

Option 2: Visa On Arrival
Tourists can apply for a Visa on Arrival at one of Saudi Arabia's entry points if any of the following conditions apply:
1- The tourist is from one of the countries in the Eligible Countries list above on this page 2- The tourist is holding USA, United Kingdom, or Schengen visas. (Please check the Requirement below) 3- Holders of permanent residence from the (US, UK, or EU) after ensuring the presence of the resident. This includes first-degree relatives of the visa holders coming with them. (Please check the Requirement below).

1- Visa on Arrival Price: SAR 300 (about USD 80). 2- Medical Insurance Fees: SAR 180 (about USD 48.03). 3- Entry: Multiple Entry or single entry, depending on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 4- Validity: The multiple entry visa is valid for a year from its issue date. The visa allows for stays of up to 90 days.
Requirements for US, UK, & Schengen Visa holders to qualify for a visa on arrival if the below conditions are met:
1- Your visa must be a business or tourist visa. 2- Your visa must have been used at least once and have an entry stamp from the issuing country (Digital entry stamps are not accepted). 3- Your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months beyond the date of entry into Saudi.
Residents from the UK, US, and EU to qualify for a visa on arrival if the below conditions are met:
1- You must hold a permanent residence permit from a country in the U.K., U.S., or EU. 2- Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the entry date into Saudi.
Option 3: Visa for GCC Countries Residents
Information:
1- eVisa Price: SAR 300 (about USD 80). 2- Application Fee: SAR 39.44 (about USD 10.50). 3- Medical Insurance Fees: not included (price determined based on the provider). 4- Entry: Multiple Entry or single entry, depending on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 5- Validity: The multiple-entry visa is valid for a year from its issue date and allows for stays of up to 90 days.
Requirements:
1- You must provide a residency visa from one of the GCC countries with a minimum validity of at least three months. 2- Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the entry date into Saudi. 3- For travelers under 18 years old, the traveler's parent is required to apply for an eVisa first.
